In 1975 a group of Marine Surveyors got together and founded the Professional Association of Marine Surveyors (UPEM). UPEM brings together on a nation-wide scale, Marine Professionals whose academic qualifications, technical skill and marine experience allow them to practice in surveying fields of commercial shipping, yachts, pleasure and river crafts, underwater interventions, ship building and repair....
